We are looking for a dynamic Producer/Project Manager to support our company of young people, deliver our projects and plays and help us change the way teenagers are listened to, understood and treated.
We’re looking for a highly organised person who can combine producing and project management, supporting our young people on a day-to-day basis and organising projects, events and productions.

We first advertised this role in July and having shortlisted candidates and conducted interviews, we decided not to make an appointment on that occasion.
It is so important for us to find the right person for this crucial role and, despite meeting some strong candidates, we didn't find someone who we felt had all the attributes and experience we needed.
