Right now, practitioners working with teenagers are meeting increasingly complex needs. Young people’s mental health was listed as one of the largest challenges in the Youth Theatre Census 2024, and youth theatres are needing to provide a wide range of pastoral support. 

Wellbeing and care is central to Company Three’s practice - it’s fundamental that young people can feel appreciated, safe and have fun in all our sessions.

This short workshop offers practical tools and advice to centre wellbeing and care,  for adults working on creative projects with young people who are already juggling a lot.
