We’re asking for your help to support our 18-year-old members through the Burners Programme - the final stage of their seven-year journey with Company Three.
We create a space where young people can come together, be creative and be themselves. Our members join us at 11 and stay until they are 18.
Because we’ve been a steady, reliable space over so many years, giving the Burners a thoughtful goodbye really matters. We want to recognise who they’ve become and support their transition into adult life at the moment of huge change.
The Burners Programme includes a final residential trip, support with next steps - whether that’s university, work or something else - CV writing support, a farewell performance and a final short at our annual festival.
When someone leaves Company Three, they symbolically burn by offering the rest of the company their final solo performance as C3 members at the leaving ceremony - then they become ‘Burners.’
All our activity is free for young people to take part in.
