We want to share our practice and ways of working to widen opportunities for young people in theatre and beyond.

Our training courses are a practical, fun and engaging introduction to how we work. They’ve been created in discussion with youth theatre makers and are for anyone interested in meaningfully collaborating with young people.

Our training is delivered by our Artistic Director and Joint-CEO Nuna Sandy and our Associate Director Mariana Aristizabal Pardo, building on years of experience working with young people and across the theatre and dance sectors.

We offer a range of training, including a two day training course, continued professional development for teachers, shorter online courses, and bespoke training delivered at your organisation.

We aim for our courses to be welcoming, fun and inclusive. We want everyone to be able to come on our courses. If you are unable to afford the full fee or experience barriers in accessing the theatre industry, please email Gabi to request a subsidised place.

Wellbeing, Care and Supporting Young People in the rehearsal room

Wednesday 12 November 2025, 11:00-13:00
Online

£20 Full Price, £15 until 22 July

Right now, practitioners working with teenagers are meeting increasingly complex needs. Young people’s mental health was listed as one of the largest challenges in the Youth Theatre Census 2024, and youth theatres are needing to provide a wide range of pastoral support.

Wellbeing and care is central to Company Three’s practice - it’s fundamental that young people can feel appreciated, safe and have fun in all our sessions.

This short workshop offers practical tools and advice to centre wellbeing and care, for adults working on creative projects with young people who are already juggling a lot.

Training for Schools and Organisations.

We help secondary schools, colleges and arts organisations think about co-creation, youth voice and how to best support young people.
