Introducing our new Resident Artists
We are so excited to welcome Pid’or and Amari, our two new Resident Artists, to the C3 team.
Our Resident Artists support the delivery of our artistic work, leading core company projects, workshops, affinity groups and satellite projects in schools. It is a joy to welcome new resident artists each year, enabling us to challenge our own practice and ensure our young people get to experience working with artists with diverse expertise. We are looking forward to the year ahead with them!

Pid'or is an interdisciplinary artist dedicated to supporting young people in becoming confident theatre makers and storytellers. Drawing on her experience as an actress, playwright, poet, director, theatre teacher, and singer‑songwriter, she creates programmes that support self‑expression, community exploration, and imaginative futures. Over the past decade she has taught and directed across the UK and Africa, devising original work and adaptations of contemporary musicals. She has contributed to creative education programmes for the Barbican, Kiln Theatre, Peut‑Être Theatre, The Roundhouse, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Westminster Youth Service, and DreamArts, delivering impactful workshops, creative projects, and youth‑centred artistic development.
Amari Harris, Resident Artist 26/27

Company Three is forward‑thinking, community‑centred, charity which feels perfectly aligned for me. Joining this dynamic team is the start of a brilliant adventure of professional growth."
Stan is a Theatre Director and Theatre Maker, originally from the North East of England. He was previously an Associate Artist of The Lowry, and Co-Artistic Director of The Letter Room, a national touring company.
Amari is a Drama and Theatre Practitioner who believes deeply in using the arts to drive personal and societal change. He works primarily in creative, community, and educational spaces, where he develops and delivers projects that empower participants. A lifelong lover of literature with a particular passion for mythology. Amari is also a storyteller who enjoys spinning tales for both families and adults. He is dedicated to fostering creative expression and is excited to bring his collaborative approach to the team at Company Three.
We’re delighted that, following an open recruitment process, the fantastic Ros Terry will be staying on permanently as Company Three’s Executive Director after a brilliant year with us in her interim role.
Ros Terry, Executive Director
Ros is an arts leader with expertise in socially engaged practice, cross-sector partnership, and nationwide community collaboration. She spent seven years at the National Theatre, co-leading Public Acts—the NT’s nationwide initiative creating ambitious, large-scale productions with communities and partner theatres across the UK. She also led the NT’s flagship youth programme Connections, doubling its scale and building partnerships with 45 theatres nationwide.
Previously, Ros was Producer at the Royal Court Theatre, where she commissioned writers and delivered in-house shows, tours, and commercial transfers. She also worked at Clean Break Theatre Company, developing new work for theatres, prisons, and non-traditional cultural spaces, supporting the company’s mission to amplify women’s voices and create change through theatre.
Across her career, Ros has championed theatre as a catalyst for connection and social change.
